Mike joined Munich American Reassurance Company in January 2008 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mike is responsible for all of the US life reinsurance business for Munich Re, including individual life and disability, group life and disability, and credit and debt protection products. Mike directs all aspects of the business and sits on the Munich American Reassurance Company board of directors as well as the board of directors of LifePlans, Inc., one of the largest providers of long term care insurance underwriting, claims and administration services. |

Mike Farley joined Munich American Reassurance Company in September 2010 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the Finance and Corporate Actuarial departments as well as for all aspects of financial reporting, valuation, projections, budgeting and controls for all lines of business.
Mike serves on the board of directors and is a member of the executive leadership team. |

Mike joined Munich American Reassurance Company in November 2008. Mike has responsibility for marketing, pricing, treaty and in-force management as well as underwriting for both the Individual Life and Living Benefits lines of business. As such, he has significant input into claims management and administration as well. Mike serves on the board of directors and is a member of the executive leadership team. ` |

Paige currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer for Munich American Reassurance Company. In addition to providing legal advice and managing outside legal counsel, she is responsible for government affairs on both the state and federal levels and the purchase and maintenance of the company’s insurance programs. Paige is also responsible for the Treaty and Claims departments. Paige is a member of the executive leadership team. |

Dennis joined Munich American Reassurance Company in July 2008. Dennis’ current responsibilities include building strategic business partnerships, talent management, consulting and coaching, leadership and management development, compensation, benefits, recruitment, staffing and performance management. He is responsible for Human Resources, Corporate Marketing and Communications, Office Services and Facilities. Dennis is a member of the executive leadership team. |
